Summary:

AD-12 dyeing testing machine is applied to many technical testing such as low liquor ratio and fast dyeing, etc. for factories and graduate schools. It is also used for testing various dyestuffs, dyeing ability of each textile fibre and color mixing compatibility. This machine is applied for sample dyeing and testing of various textile at normal temperature and pressure.

This machine has electronic meter automatic control for temperature, time, heating, heat preservation and other dyeing parameter. It also characterized for high testing precision, safety and easy operating.

Working form:

1. Twisting joining pole to-and-fro running type
2. According to the process requirement, electromotor rotating speed is adjusted freely by governor.
3. 12 tests of different dyeing requirements can be done at the same time
4. Heating medium: water.

Working capacity:

1. Testing cups are vertical conical flask, material is Pyrex.
2. 12 testing cups, every one is 250 ml capacity.
3. Capacity of the whole machine: 20litre.

Heating form:

1. Stainless steel electric heating pipe.
2. Heating and heat preservation is controlled by automatic electric equipments.
